| Anita is a young girl of 17 who had to drop out of school after the 8th standard because of problems in her family. An extremely bright girl, Anita is a quick learner and an eager student. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| When Shene learned that Anita was very fond of cooking, we enrolled her for classes. We also equipped her with a mini-kitchen in her home, so she could practise what she had learned. Today Anita works as a cook for a loving family in Dehradun. She is happy that her interest in cooking was encouraged, and is glad that it helps her earn for her family. In her spare time, Anita earns some extra money by helping Shene with packaging. |
